Thanks for the feedback, but note your policy did cover you for both those activities on a recreational basis provided you observed the guidelines in the policy. However, if your plans were more ambitious and you planned to train for a freestyle tournament, go downhill racing or ski hut to hut in the backcountry outside the confines of the ski areas then we have other options which do cover these activities. At no time do we wish to exclude anyone from doing something they love but with the higher risks activities we need to ensure that travellers have the correct policy in place and with a call centre open 7 days a week we are more than happy to assist with getting you the right cover.

Over 70 but still able to ski

As a senior skier I was treated so well and they had exactly the cover I needed. It just frustrates me that others view those over 70 as too old to ski
