Shuttle Direct United Kingdom Recenzii

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with your return transfer from Benidorm to Alicante Airport. Please accept our sincere apologies, particularly for the way the driver behaved This is absolutely not the level of service we expect our customers to receive. We are pleased to hear that you found the transfer service itself convenient and suitable for your airport-to-destination needs. We also appreciate your feedback regarding clearer information about pick-up points and timings. We will take this on board, as providing customers with clear and easy-to-understand transfer information is very important to us. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, and once again, please accept our apologies for this disappointing experience.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Please rest assured that we are currently dealing with your complaint and have raised the matter with our service supplier. We are awaiting their feedback and will get back to you as soon as we receive further information. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
