Paid through paypal, they accepted the money but wouldn't respond after the $500+ ice cream maker wasn't delivered (tracking on their site was set to "processing" 10 days after payment was accepted)....

Hi,
I'm extremely sorry to hear about your delivery being late.
We have actually been in the process of moving to a new state of the art warehouse which is why this caused some orders to not be delivered.
I'm pleased to say that the warehouse move is now complete and this means there will be no more issues with delivery times, quicker delivery, and many more new products available on the website.

Hi,
I doubt that, the ice-cream maker eventually came.. and didn't work.. then I had to open another paypal dispute before anyone would respond. The email they responded to after the paypal dispute was reopened (this was the first time I had been contacted by your company) was to the initial email I had sent asking what was happening with delivery.
The item was returned through postage at my expense (33$ approx) just to get a refund from this nightmare experience. Thank goodness that paypal was involved.
Looks like there are a few others too.
