I've tracked your order with Aus Post using your tracking number: X4B0293334 - it says that your order is awaiting delivery at swan hill post shop since monday 21st August.

Sorry to hear about this, I'm not sure why Aus Post would have taken it there, we have Ascot Vale as your delivery address in our system. The quickest way to resolve this would be to open an enquiry with australia post and they will be able to arrange to get your delivery sent to your proper address. Quot your tracking number and they should be able to do this quite quickly.

I've tracked your order with Aus Post using your tracking number: X4B0291068
It says that it is awaiting collection at East Victoria Park Post Shop. There was an attempted delivery on Friday the 18th but looks like it was redirected to the post office when no one was home.
Great service, item sent out and received quickly.
