Glasses arrived in a ripped box which was disappointing considering I purchased them as a gift for someone and the tear really appears to cheapen them.

Sorry to hear that the item was no as described. If you contact our customer service team with an expalantion and images they will be able to organise a return and refund
I was a bit doubtful after reading so many negative reviews but everything went like clockwork and I am very happy with my 'not easy to find in Australia' product.
