Comprehensive insurance, but hard to contact.

The low rating is down to not being able to contact them to arrange the insurance. I wanted to call, as there was a discount code I was supposed to be able to use to get 10% off, but it didn't work...

Extremely easy , to buy a little confusing about European cover as to what to do but then phoned the Claims Department who were extremely helpful. This is our 3rd year with them.
