Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the Kangaroo Island Highlights Escape Package which features the 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour. The tour driver on-board is also your guide for the day and all our driver/guides have a wealth of knowledge about the island and the attractions visited. We are sorry you did not feel that this occurred on the day and will follow up with the driver/guide concerned.
We do hope that you were still able to enjoy part of your tour.
Many thanks,
The Customer Feedback Team
2 day trip was good ..but would have preferred more time at natural attractions like seal ion reserve than things like the eucalyptus farm or the bee farm
thank you

Great experience ! Scheduling, transportation and field activities were well programmed.
The company was very accommodating to us especially as we were trying to get a tour at the last minute. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful.
