Good afternoon Thank you very much for your review and I am sorry to hear that you felt compelled to leave us a 1* review. Having looked into this, I can see that the toilet seat was ordered in the week before Christmas when our suppliers will have had final delivery dates ahead of closure for the Festive period. This was detailed on the delivery page of our website, where we advise of the last order dates prior to Christmas, although I am sorry if this was not made clear prior to purchasing. As such, despite processing your order, we would not receive this item into us until they re-opened in the New Year. I can see that the seat was received into us and dispatched immediately after reopening on the 3rd January. I do feel that in light of this the service was in line with what we advised customers, although I can appreciate the frustration of having to wait due to this. We will of course take your feedback on board, and see if there is any way we can improve this for future Christmas periods. Kind regards Mark

We're obviously disappointed by your feedback as this is an area we do prioritise, as many of our reviews demonstrate. I understand you have spoken to one of my colleagues today regarding this matter and your return of items has been arranged and the refund amount clarified, as well as to try and alleviate some of the confusion experienced. I am glad that we have been able to book this in for you. Unfortunately, in busy periods, our colleagues can get ******* on the phone, which can lead to longer timeframes in answering. In this instance, we do have a voicemail system to log any calls so that we can reply back as soon as someone becomes available from the relevant team. In terms of order confirmations and timeslots, all customers receive a confirmation with any purchase. However, I can see that an extra item was added retrospectively via phone after the initial purchase. We would have been more than happy to re-issue an updated version for you had it been requested. For refunds, customers get an email confirming the refund amount when processed. Similarly, I have checked with our delivery team and have been advised that timeslots have been agreed and confirmed so I'm sorry to hear that there was further confusion here. We do take all feedback seriously, and so whilst we are disappointed with the comments, we will of course review this and see if there are any improvement areas we can make. Kind regards Mark

Please be assured that we will be raising this matter with the delivery company and the driver. We completely understand that any alternation to the planned delivery timeslot, minor or major, can impact on our customers, and we would always expect such changes to be communicated to ourselves so we can let you know, or to yourself in advance so that arrangements can be made. As such we do apologise that this was not the case, and especially that there was such a drastic difference in the time. This is not indicative of the service we expect.
