Dear Keith.
Thank you for the negative feedback, all I can say is that your Spanflex was posted on 26th November 1st class post, we have proof of post, which is all I can offer as proof. All I can offer you is to resend the Spanflex, which I will post on Monday.
I would have done it today, but I have just returned from posting out todays orders. Incidently I was told that 1st class post is now taking approx 3 - 4 days and longer in certain High Covid areas. It has been 7 working days so I will send again and trust that you will let me know when it arrives.
we rely on Royal Mail to complete the deal, and as soon as they accept the package it is out of my control, I am sorry you and I have been let down, and trust that you might reverese your negative feed back when this delivery arrives, as the inference is that we hadnt sent your order.

Replacement package arrived within three days of the reply from Stuart Illsley. The original package arrived a day later! Great customer service from Rutland Angling, let down by Royal Mail. There was no intention in my first review to imply that the package had not been sent, merely that it had not arrived.
