Not the best due to lack of assistance and games that this company play when u order parts would be better if they stop the play around ad just say we don't have the part or we have a part similar...

This order shipped on August 16, 2021 (the next business day after the order was placed) and was delivered on August 20, 2021. This order was shipped complete and delivered as promised with dictated parts. There are no emails from you in our inbox, so I am not sure what you are referring to here as this order was processed and delivered almost four months ago. Please reach out if you have an issue, but I see nothing about this order that would rationalize this review, especially four months after the order was processed and completed.
I had a box of goodies show up that showed damage and there were two pieces mission from the package. I called customer service and emailed some pictures. They had the replacement parts in the mail...
