Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, we're very sorry you felt the delivery timescales were a little too long, you ordered on Friday afternoon, and normally this would mean your order would be picked and shipped the next working day. However we were managing a backlog due to demand in the summer sale which meant your order wasn't picked until the Tuesday and delivered on Thursday as we changed the delivery to Royal Mail 24 (1-2 business days) as opposed to the Royal Mail 48 (3-5 business days) which you paid for. Hi there. We are truly very sorry you’re not happy with your delivery experience with us. We do usually dispatch within 24 hours, however this week, we were unable to fulfill orders before Monday 5th August. Your order was placed at 15.42 on Saturday the 27th July at the time we had a ‘Delivery Update’ web banner on our Homepage as well as in the Sale sections online which state that: “Orders placed between Saturday 27th July and Saturday 3rd August will be dispatched on Monday 5th August via Royal Mail 24”. However, we appreciate that perhaps this delivery update is something that we could have made much clearer to customers and we are taking your feedback on board and we will look to improving the visibility of any online updates on our website in the future as we do hope that our delivery services will be top notch for you again next time.😀 Many thanks.
