Hi Sandra,
Thank you for your review.
With regard to your personal concerns for the amount of time spent on the coach, I am sorry to hear that you found this excessive. Due to the geography of the region it can be difficult to avoid. There is always a fine balance to be made between giving enough time and variation in locations visited to do justice to the visit and ensuring the day is not too tiring.
Furthermore, I am most concerned to read that you found the food served at the Hotel Baja to be so disappointing. Your feedback in this regard has been passed onto our Product Manager responsible for our selection of hotels on this particular tour for review. Rest assured that we appreciate at Riviera Travel the importance of providing our clients with high quality food & beverage, so your feedback has been treated very seriously.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back onto another Riviera holiday sometime in the near future, and once again, thank you for the feedback.
Kindest Regards,
Jack Bailey
