Hi Wanda,
Thank you for your review. We're normally very happy to cancel an order with "no questions asked" BUT, indeed, your request came after labor had already begun. Your writing team already spent considerable time reviewing your notes, strategically assessing your goals, and laying out the groundwork for a great resume. As of this morning, you called us asking to add/clarify additional information and we are happy to assist with that. I see Marilyn already attempted to phone you today and will do so again within the next few minutes!

Hi James,
Thanks for your order and for your follow-up. What we sent was a first draft with an invitation for you to comment/question/request revisions, etc; This is the first we're hearing about any dissatisfaction! The writing team is standing by to help. Please call or text message me personally at 352-978-6122 so we can inventory your concerns and send you back a version of your new resume that you absolutely LOVE!
Your resume was strategically* condensed to one ATS compliant page in order to increase the odds of notice. I do show that we completed the work in 1 business day--in accordance with our 1-2 business day rush offer.
Standing by to help further!
Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein
