Great service, easy to place order and dispatched very quickly, we will definitely use this company again.
However the delivery company....well, lets say we were glad it was something fairly soft...
After my initial package being divered to an address in which I have never lived! Red Candy were great. Re-ordered products and they have been delivered safe and sound to the correct address!

Order through to delivery excellent. Present for someone so will see if it’s well received.
Paid extra for fast shipping for a last minute present, this wasn’t actioned. It was a pain sending the item back and I had to chase the refund a few times.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive in time 😕 I can see our customer adviser explained that we actioned your order in time and the hold up was actually to do with the delivery company. Delays out of our control do unfortunately happen which is a real pain! Especially when it's a last minute present so we completely understand your frustration.
I can see our adviser also sent a print screen to show your order was refunded in time, and explained that moving over to a new system that day may be the reason it was held up.
