I'm afraid all couriers were experiencing mass delays across the nation due to industry strikes, high parcel volumes and weather conditions since the Black Friday Sales and continuing through the Christmas period in December.
I can see this was lost with Royal Mail, but a replacement order has been arranged since you contacted us.

Took over a month for the product to arrive, so long in fact I assumed I hadn't made the order in the first place. So I ordered again. This time it was delivered in 4 days. Now I have to go through...
