I'm sorry for the inconvenience with this. As mentioned to you and shown in the tracking details, this shows that the parcel was passed to US customs back on the 25th October, but they did not seem to complete the delivery, as there was no update since.
I can see this was classed as lost in transit and this has been resolved and fully refunded for you.
Sorry again for this unfortunate incident.

They failed to deliver an order which was a Christmas present. They blamed their courier but they need to understand I am Red Candy’s customer not the couriers customer

I can see this parcel was lost in transit and due to there being no more stock available for a replacement, this was fully refunded for you, as requested.
I'm afraid all couriers were experiencing mass delays across the nation due to industry strikes, high parcel volumes and weather conditions since the Black Friday Sales and continuing through the Christmas period in December.
Sorry again for the inconvenience caused during this time. 😔

The service is very professional. The socks are a bit expensive but they are comfortable and I have never seen socks like this anywhere. They are different. Love them. Perfect presents.
