We actually responded 3 times to your emails explaining the delays with couriers due to the holiday period.
I can see this was delivered, so I do apologise again for the delay with the courier.
The little elephant was delivered within a few days and has delighted the parents as well as the children. It is a lovely product. I, myself, have a rhino!
The items arrived on time, were well packaged and were exactly as described on the website. I gave the mugs as Christmas gifts and the humour was very much appreciated!
