I'm sorry to hear this - we mentioned that Evri had advised the parcel had been lost in transit, so we arranged a replacement for you via DPD, which is showing as delivered.

I’ve now received the replacement item which I’m delighted with. My daughter loves it, especially as it adds to the farming theme. It looks so cute. It’s sturdy and fit for purpose. Love the fact it can also be hung on the wall to conserve floor space.
