Hi there. I'm sorry to hear this. ☹ You purchased x3 of these at £28.76 each (the RRP is £31.95) and it appears you selected paid shipping instead of the free shipping option that appears when a basket is over £70. I've refunded the postage paid for you now, as this did qualify for free shipping at the time, but wasn't selected.
I'm afraid we can't comment on where you have seen the large sized planters for £15.99, as this price is lower than the actual manufacturing cost (perhaps you saw a listing for one of the matching smaller sizes?)
If you did find these same items at that price, the seller is either clearing stock and losing money on them (which in that case, what a great deal!), or they are not the same brand / manufacturer.
In regards to the size, we list the given dimensions from the manufacturer on the product page. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion.

That's the large size same as yours. Your website says the large size (which I purchased) is larger than the wowcher one but I've purchased from you and them and they are EXACTLY the same size.

Hi there. I've checked the the Wowcher website (which is a discount / flash deal website) and they state these are by a company called 'Obero'. This is not the same manufacturer as ours and they also show them to have a gold rim around the top, which ours do not have.
Items on Wowcher are usually discontinued lines that are being sold off, or a specified promotion between wowcher and the wholesaler / distributer to offer timed discounts etc to free up stock.
I hope this makes sense and sorry for any confusion between these two lines.
