The item I ordered was stuck with Evri, as soon as I contacted Red Candy they sent me out a duplicate item with speedy delivery so it still arrive in time for when I needed it.

I'm terribly sorry to hear this. Please contact us via the website before leaving reviews, as we've not been made aware of the issue with your order. I can see the couriers haven't updated the tracking since the 12th March, so our dispatch are chasing them up on this. I'll update you via email as soon as we know more.
