The review requests are automatic, so apologies that this came through before a pre-ordered item's expected due date. You do not need to respond to them until your order is fulfilled or have contacted us about your order.

We do state on order confirmations and in our delivery details on the website that any orders with pre-order items on will only be dispatched once they are fulfilled, but to contact us if you need to split an order.
The review requests are automatic, so apologies that this came through before a pre-ordered item's expected due date. Do not feel compelled to respond to them if you are aware that your order is on pre-order, as you can still complete this after the order is fulfilled.
