Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the service you received. Having reviewed your order we could have done more to update you so I apologise for the lack of communication. As you can imagine over the Christmas period we were up to our eyeballs in queries and orders which made it difficult to update every customer with their pre-ordered items however we strive to do better next year.
There is always a risk pre-ordering products especially when ordering them for Christmas gifts, and as mentioned in one of our emails unfortunately over the last year we've experienced delays with our overseas suppliers because of Brexit regulations and Covid rules. We hope that things get better throughout the course of this year. Apologies again for the hassle this caused you. Red Candy x
