Absolutely appalling......my sister has been really ill and I ordered this to cheer her up...the carrier just left it at some random gateway and my brother in law spent two hours driving round to try...

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with your order! Unfortunately we're unable to control how packages are delivered once our delivery partner collects them from our warehouse, however if you let us know of any problems you've had we're always happy to help and replace!
The reason we wait for three weeks to pass before sending an automatic email asking for a review is so our customers have had a chance to enjoy their products, rather than us not caring.
