Ordered presents for Christmas, they arrived in April 🤣 when I called to ask what was happening, customer service was vague and unhelpful. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received. Three of the items you ordered arrived in December as they were in stock, but the one you pre-ordered that wasn't due to arrive in December arrived in March when we received new stock.
I can see you called us in December wondering where your final item was. The phone operator told you it would arrive as soon as we'd received new stock.
