Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. If you follow the tracking link on the dispatch email you were sent you can see your order is on its way back to our warehouse. There may have been an issue at the Customs Office in France :(

Never received the article ordered. My order as well s Red Candy’s confirmation showed the correct street address, however, they disputed having the street address. My money has not been refunded.

Hi there! As explained in our email conversation we cannot send orders to a PO Box address (as stated in our shipping info) so I offered to get it send to a street address instead. You declined so we refunded you in full. Best wishes, Red Candy.
