As a historic customer I was disappointed in my recent purchase (delivery) it arrived broken and returned- I had to do all the chasing to get it redelivered, then told my purchase was out of stock!...

Hi there! I'm sorry for the trouble with your order!
I can see you contacted us to say the package was too damaged to be delivered. Evri hadn't updated the tracking to show this so we needed to contact them to confirm it was no longer on its way before we were able to get a replacement out.
Unfortunately they took their sweet time to get back to us and didn't confirm it was broken or update the tracking for two weeks. Apologies for the time it took to chase Evri and get this sorted, we should have updated you while we were waiting rather than you having to chase. Thank you for your feedback, we hope to continue to improve our services so people can enjoy our fun products :)

Great service after Evri lost my parcel. New parcel sent out quickly and via different delivery company. Arrived well packaged and lovely vase. Thank you.
Excellent service from ease of ordering to communication to delivery. Everything went smoothly and I absolutely love the alpaca footstool….it’s so unusual and does the job perfectly.
