Thanks very much for your feedback. At the time our brochure went to press, the cruise line had anticipated being able to allow us to offer these upgrades this was advertised in good faith. Regretfully, due to limitations on the availability of these higher grade cabins, the cruise line subsequently had to withdraw this opportunity to upgrade on both your original and second choice of holiday.
We're sorry for the delay in confirming your booking as we liaised with the cruise line and tried to obtain the anticipated upgraded cabin, however we are delighted you've decided to travel and are now looking forward to your cruise.
I'm sailing to the Canaries myself later this year - so am confident you've made a good choice of holiday!

We're sorry that our online booking process caused you a little concern, particularly so late at night. Our Accounts and IT departments have both had a look at your booking record and booking process. It appears that the glitch relates to the electronic process passing through your card issuer's security check. However your online booking does seem to have gone through without problem.
If you have any further concerns please don't hesitate to call us and speak to our accounts team for more information and reassurance.
