We are currently all remote home working, and are contacting all bookings in date order.

Almost immediately I was phoned by customer services to arrange for the deferment of my holiday until Spring next year. I have obviously already paid for the holiday in full and I trust that the money is safe. Our local police advice is that there is a possibility that the calls offering refunds could be a scam. I would prefer if this was all confirmed by email .

By offering a full refund when cancelling my holiday. I do not want a re-arranged holiday either this year or next. By all means offer that, but I want my money back!
Every phone call I have made has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Even the very tricky questions. The operators are supportive give you a clear understanding of all aspects of a tour.
