Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately it seems as though there is a clear fault in the information that was published. There is a £10,000 guarantee with every purchase you make. The guarantee is to cover you in the event that we give you incorrect information that may cause you any financial losses as a result.

Dear Mr Carter,

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with your check. We have investigated the matter you raised directly with the Association of British Insurers who maintain the database of total loss vehicles. They have no record of this vehicle ever having been declared a total loss by a UK insurer.

It is possible that the mechanic you spoke with was mistaken, and that the vehicle may have been involved in a minor accident, but at no stage was the severity of the accident sufficient to lead to an insurance total loss. There is no database of minor accidents and therefore we would not have been able to alert you to such an incident.

A dangerous waste of time, do NOT rely on this service

Unable to provide any of the promised details in the report such as common faults etc and only able to provide the basic HPI data (not even up to date) for the vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately on occasions it is not possible to provide reasons for Breakdown & MOT failure. It could be that the vehicle is less than 3 years old and therefore not requiring an MOT, or that there is insufficient information available to provide an accurate response. If you contact the Car Passport team on 0330 159 0364 they will be able to investigate the matter further and arrange a partial refund for you.

Good report, detailed, easy to interpret, arrived quickly.

All arrived as expected, contained all necessary information. Other than it not including details of the plate changes (it stated only the number of changes) it was detailed and, I believe, accurate.
