We apologize for the inconvenience. Our normal filter change cost is approximately 1/4 of 1 cent per gallon when calculated on the number of gallons treated between filter changes.

Bad CS service. They don't stand the product.. Very bad Rude customer service. We have the most expensive water softer water system installed. They try to keep on charging you $200-$500 for each...

The Puronics staff and technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I've had the same pure water system unit for years and with regular maintenance it performs wonderfully.
The service person is not very professional and complained it's hard to do the service this time because the last service person didn't do a good job last time. He even wanted me to pay extra fees...

The technician was on time and completed his work in about 90 minutes. The only complaint is that I didn't learn until he was leaving that he could have checked my water heater.
They were professional. Reset our timer. I didn't give a five star because the employee told me I needed salt. I had a bag right there. It would be nice if he offered to put it in for me.
