Arrived quick but dog won’t eat it
Dog wouldnt eat. Arrived quickly, quicker than indicated, but with little information and puppy didn’t like it. Half of the tubs didn’t have a label on either

Hi there. We are sorry to hear that your dog wouldn't eat it. There could be any number of reasons for this. What food was the dog eating before? Also we apologise if it arrived more quickly than you expected. Because of the nature of our goods they are sent out for next day delivery once dispatched. The quick delivery was a positive, not a negative. He was on kibble and butternut box (which he doesn’t like either...) though seems that occasionally he’ll gobble up the raw but thinking it may only be the beef one he likes (he’s the same with butternut) he won’t touch the others. Absolutely would kill for the ostrich treats though, not tried the black pudding yet. I might order more beef but stuck with the others. I know you can’t mix kibble with the raw, which isn’t a problem, but can you mix other cooked food, like butternut box, with it (not mix but do different meals with different foods)

Fabulous food and company
A company with fabulous ethics who go above and beyond with amazing customer service. My order got ‘stuck’ in the computer system and rather than get it dx’d they delivered it to my themselves.
