Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with both our products and service. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for your refund. Please note that once your return has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 working days for it to be inspected, processed, and for your refund to be issued. We appreciate your patience while our team completes this process.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both our service and communication. This is not the level of experience we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant team as we work to improve our customer experience. We apologise for letting you down.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your return. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be advised twice that an email would be sent to arrange your return, only for it not to arrive. We appreciate you taking the initiative to organise the return through Royal Mail, and we're pleased to hear that it has now been received. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will share your feedback with our customer service team to help improve our processes.
