Petplan Recenzii

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We'd like to clarify a couple of important points regarding our policies: Pre-existing conditions: Unfortunately, like most pet insurance providers, we are unable to cover pre-existing conditions. This means that any illness or condition that was diagnosed or showed symptoms before your policy started, or during any waiting period, would not be eligible for a claim. Direct claims with your vet: We appreciate that paying upfront can be inconvenient. However, the decision to accept direct claims (where we pay the vet directly) is entirely at the discretion of your vets, this is not something we are able to guarantee or arrange on your behalf. We would like to investigate you being told that you would receive cover for this further, could you please email social@petplan.co.uk with your policy number so that we can look into this for you. Thanks, Alison - The Customer Service Team
