Thank you very much for your feedback. We too would like to be able to offer customers one or two hour delivery slots, however as our carriers specify that collections and delivery can take place any time between 9am ad 6pm, this is what we offer our customers. I understand that this can be frustrating however this is how most parcel delivery companies operate. If you can't wait in all day, perhaps you could you leave your parcel with a neighbour or have your parcel collected from your workplace? The good news is, we can collect from any address you give us. Many thanks for your custom.
