Thank you for providing this feedback, we are sorry that you feel that the experience did not match up to your expectations.
I have talked to the Sales Team about this feedback. We have no record of you contacting us via the 24/7 emergency phone number at any stage during your holiday, so were not able to address any of your concerns at the time.
The route that you traveled on is one of our most popular, with many of our staff and 100s of customers having walked this particular route. We are confused of any part of it that could be described as having treacherous conditions.
Also we can't guarantee that all hotels will have elevators, this is something outside of our control.
Again, thank you for this feedback and we are sorry you feel your expectations were not met.

Thanks very much for you kind feedback, very happy to hear that you are traveled on the Camino several times and enjoyed yourself. I have passed your feedback to Patricia too, she was very happy to hear this.
In terms of some maps, we know there are challenges keeping them as accurate and up-to-date as possible, mainly because directions and landmarks change from time to time when local councils introduce alternative paths through towns. We are always trying to improve in this area.We have just launched a mobile app especially for our clients that automatically takes the latest directions from a mapping system and also provides a feature to alert you when you go too far off the recommended track. We will also be showing different points of interest along the way, including cafes, restaurants, important churches etc.
