Good morning Margaret, We have a note from our bookings team that the issues with the dishwasher was reported to the homeowner on 27th August after our office was closed and the homeowner contacted us the next day to say he had addressed the issue. I apologies that we didn't contact you again to make sure the issue had been resolved but as the homeowner had made us aware the issue had been resolved and we didn't want to disturb your holiday any further. Good afternoon Mr Elsmore, Thank you for your feedback, I have passed it to the dedicated person for the property within our office and we will look at the property description. The property that you stayed in isn't managed by ourselves it is managed by the homeowners, if we receive a complaint or feedback about the property we do have to ask the homeowner to resolve the complaint if its is related to the property but if there's anything we can act on ourselves we will of course do so. Friendly staff, but felt could have done more to assist when heating failed and we entered a freezing cottage on arrival. Apparently no ancillary heating available, all spare heaters already out....
