I thinI Neilson were great when the kids were young but don’t suit us now.
The booking and quality of room were great and the activities but we have outgrown the noise and lack of quality food . Great when the kids were young but not now

It was a last minute ski (hotel) holiday for my son and myself at at Canazai Italy (Dolomites) The Price was very good value and despite low expectations was actually the best ski trip in 30 years!...

Once again we had an amazing holiday!
As always our Neilson beachclub holiday was excellent. Fabulous water-skiing and really enjoyed all the other activities. Fantastic location

Guided us to a perfect holiday
It was our first ski holiday. You provides good and accurate advice on where to go and what to hire. Our hotel was great, resort excellent and tuition perfect

Sales team good but need more people answering phones
The sales team are friendly and helpful. The only problem is trying to get through on the phone during the afternoon. The phone would just ring and you would have no idea when the the phone might be...

They cancelled our chosen hotel with less than a month to go. Replacement was significantly inferior

Neilson offers a range of award-winning overseas active holidays across seven European countries, including beach clubs, ski chalets and yachts. There aren't many companies where 7 out of 10 of our guests return to relive the experience again, and again. Mind you, there aren't many holiday companies like Neilson. In part it's because we're in some of Europe's most beautiful locations. All our activities are inclusive, likewise the delicious, locally sourced food. And in part it's because of how a Neilson holiday makes you feel. Our holidays are a unique alchemy; the enthusiasm of amazing guests and the dedication of equally amazing staff; a willingness to give it a go now and have a laugh about it later.
