Item was great, as described, however, the courier company didn't get in touch and tell me when they would be delivering (as promised) and they just turned up when I was at work. Annoying, but My Bed...

Easy to navigate website & delivery was very smooth. Both the divan & mattress are good quality and very comfortable. Driver was on time and very helpful.
