I love my new rug. Great quality exactly what I wanted. I purchased it online from Ireland so a bit abrehensive but no need. Their customer service is 5 star also

You sent the wrong rug and insisted I send a photo to prove that was the case - ludicrous procedure.
Took a week to get the correct rug - not great service
