Customer service exemplary
Customer service was excellent. A replacement for the wrong size was sorted on the phone efficiently & in a very helpful friendly manner. Also appreciate the minimalist packaging.

Message informing me online item had arrived fir pick up, sales assistant said he hasn’t. She checked and still said it hadn’t arrived. I insisted it was and she eventually attired with my ordered...
