Many thanks for the excellent and detailed feedback. I would like to address some of the suggestions as follows:- 1./ "Got confused regarding the VAT cert option..". We have to allow this option as some companies are exempt from paying Vat. We are adding an additional comment to say that a normal Vat number is not sufficient. 2./ "Item not in stock". Unfortunately this can happen on rare occasions when an item is delayed further. I realise your item was delayed by almost a week. Sincere apologies. 3./ "Couldn't easily find shipping charges without digging." We thought our shipping charges were clear from the drop-down box. However, we have now reverted to just two options; overnight or collect. While the overnight option is well priced - especially if you are buying an expensive item or several products - we understand it may appear expensive for just one small priced item. We are looking into this and hope to have a solution for very low cost purchases soon. 4./ The Web site: yes, we agree with your comments. While functional and having lots of products, it needs more images and detailed specifications. We hope to have a major update shortly. I might add a comment that most find the service and free advise very helpful especially the detailed specifications via pdf files. Thanks again for your input!
My dealings with Micro Aid have been very positive so far. With this order I simply rang Adrian, told him the 2 things I needed and he sent me a quote immediately. We received the goods within 2 days...
