Paid 12.50 for next day delivery before 4pm just to find out it was an English bank holiday and had to wait and extra 2 days but other than that it was grand

There was a problem with my order but I was informed immediately and with great courtesy. Excellent customer relations. A replacement item was delivered quickly and I would highly recommend Micro Aid.
