Macgregor's kept me updated even when delivery went awry when completely outwith their control. Then sent the kit - 2 x 22m polytunnels - in batches to allow us to get started and followed through...

Hi Andrew,

I have spoken with you a few times and was not aware you were unsatisfied with the service you had received. I also know that some of our manufacturing staff came out and did the installation for you because you were struggling to find an installer.
