I swapped this mattres because it was way too soft despite being listed as as a medium firmness. It was a good quality mattress but didn't provide the level of firmness or support that was expected....

The mattress you have purchased does come with a 60-night Comfort Trial; if you are not finding it comfortable you would be more than welcome to exchange this for something more suitable.
