I never got a confirmation # and order placed on 10/11 and it is still not delivered on 10/19.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive as quickly as expected.
I have review the tracking and can see that Fedex delivered the parcel on 10/19, however this is a few days later than our 2-3 working day promise. I have arranged for your delivery charge to be refunded as compensation for this delay, and please once again accept our apologies. You should see the funds arrive back in your account in the next few days.
I hope you were otherwise pleased with the products, and that will shop with us again in the future.

It does look as though your order was successfully delivered on 20/09. This was a few days later than we would have hoped due to the local tax / duty that needed to be paid before customs could release your parcel.
