One of the panels was damaged - another was delivered in its place. We gave photographic evidence to show that the panel had been damaged in transit and it was replaced without quibble.
The Item arrived as promised. Unfortunatly it had been damaged in transit. I contacted them and a replacement was arranged and delivered 3 days later. That's what I call good service!

I've used Magnaglaze on three occasions and each time they have been efficient and helpful; answering queries and making suggestions, and delivering promptly too.
Had some problems but Magneglaze made every effort to resolve and were able to do so. I am very appreciative of their service and will certainly continue to use their products and services.
