Rug arrived relatively quickly, website is easy to use. I have requested a refund for product which is not as described. This process is not as smooth so far, still awaiting a response.

I love how fast delivery was and package was in great condition too!

Very poor quality bed , stitching undone on the bedhead , called and emailed so many times and still waiting on them to return or replace! I don’t think I’ll ever order again!
