Dear Sabina Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on Feefo. We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service provided. We have taken the time to look into this and can see that you had scheduled a video appointment to discuss concerns regarding ongoing symptoms. After reviewing your consultation notes, we can see that your clinician took the time to discuss your concerns and symptoms, take a medical history, recommend you a treatment plan, as well as provide you with a referral. We would like to assure you that all our of clinicians strive to deliver excellent service and we apologise if we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We are very sorry to hear that you felt as though the clinician did not listen to your concerns, and we have fed this back to them so they can reflect upon the consultation to ensure this does not happen again. Once again, we can only apologise if you feel that the service provided was not up to your expectations and hope you will consider using our services again in future. Kind regards Emma Patient Experience Manager
