Unfortunately this review is wholly inaccurate.
Allow me to elaborate on this issue below, and I will try to keep it as short as possible.
- The customer ordered the mats on 30th January.
- The mats arrived a couple of days earlier than their earliest estimated delivery date.
- The customer emailed us on 6th April (after receiving the item on the 6th February) to advise of an issue.
- After investigation, we pointed out that the customer had ordered the wrong item for their vehicle, and that unfortunately they were 46 days out of the legal return window that is offered (as the item had been in their possession for exactly 60 days).
All companies offer a returns window for this exact sort of scenario.
Our returns page quite clearly states that customers have 14 days to return the item (from the date that they receive the mats) in the event that they have ordered the wrong item.
It is the customer's responsibility to try the item to ensure that it is correct for their vehicle.
Had the customer tested the product and identified their ordering error, this could have been dealt with.
However we simply cannot accept returns when the item has been in a customer's possession for 60 days, nor would any other company in our sector.
Even Amazon, the largest multinational on the planet, does not offer a 60 days return window.
