Lily's Kitchen Recenzii

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your little ones were unwell, and I do hope they are feeling much better now. Having looked into your account, I can see that this was only your second order with us. If this was their first times trying these recipes, a slow and gradual transition is recommended, as it can help avoid an upset tummy while they get used to new flavours and smells. We generally recommend introducing each new flavour over the course of around a week, starting with approximately 4/5 of their current food and 1/5 of the new recipe, gradually increasing the amount each day. For kittens and more sensitive pets, an even slower transition can sometimes be helpful. That said, we take all product quality concerns extremely seriously. We would really appreciate it if you could email us at hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk with the batch details from the packs fed, so that we can look into this further for you.

Hi Lucy, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that the Lamb Chews weren't a hit with your dog. We know all dogs have their own tastes and preferences, and unfortunately it sounds like lamb just isn't their favourite flavour. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the bundle offer, and we'll be sure to pass your comments on to the relevant team for consideration. We hope your pup continues to enjoy some of our other recipes and treats.
